These Terms apply to every thestackmint product: Family Heath Care, India Pincode & IFSC Finder, and SafeHeir. Product-specific terms are called out separately where they differ.

1. Acceptance

By using any thestackmint product, you agree to these Terms, forming a binding agreement with thestackmint, India.

2. Account registration

Family Heath Care and SafeHeir require an account; India Pincode & IFSC Finder does not.

3. Acceptable use

Do not upload malware, reverse-engineer any app, circumvent security, impersonate others, scrape data, or harm infrastructure.

4. Product-specific disclaimers

Family Heath Care — not medical advice. Family Heath Care is a personal health record tool, not a medical device or healthcare provider. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before any health or medication decision.

SafeHeir — not legal or financial advice. SafeHeir helps you record where your documents, assets, and accounts are kept. It is not a substitute for a will, legal counsel, or financial advice, and does not store account numbers, balances, or passwords.

India Pincode & IFSC Finder — best-effort accuracy. Pincode, IFSC, and branch data is provided for convenience and may occasionally be out of date. Verify critical details (e.g. before a bank transfer) with the relevant institution.

5. Subscription & billing

Family Heath Care — Free, Premium ($2.99/mo), Family Pro ($5.99/mo) — billed monthly in USD
SafeHeir — Free, Family Plan ($3.99/mo or $24.99/yr), Lifetime ($59.99 one-time) — billed in USD
India Pincode & IFSC Finder — free, no subscription
Upgrade/downgrade anytime from the app; downgrading preserves existing data in read-only mode

6. Your data

You own all data you enter into any thestackmint product. You can export and permanently delete it at any time from Privacy Settings (where applicable).

7. Intellectual property

Each App, its design, and its branding are the exclusive property of thestackmint.

8. Termination

We may suspend accounts violating these Terms. You may delete your account at any time; data is deleted within 30 days.

9. Liability

Each App is provided "as is". Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $60 or amounts paid in the prior 12 months for the relevant product.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify thestackmint from claims arising from your use of any App or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing law

Governed by the laws of India. Disputes subject to Indian courts.

12. Changes

Material changes notified via in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect.
